Have never bought such a big purchase via the internet & was therefore a little apprehensive! Just a few lines to let your other customers know that the service I received from your company was excellent. I purchased one of your sideboards last week (The Florida) and it arrived in pristine condition exactly when we agreed. My house is quite hard to find and your driver had the common sense to ring me before giving up, enabling me to give him directions. A small point you may think - but I have had all sorts of problems with deliveries because the drivers from the bigger delivery companies really do not care and simply return my orders to the depot. Your driver was very courteous and a credit to your company. All of my enquiries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and I've ended up with my beautiful furniture that I'm now enjoying - thank you very much and keep the good work up,
